Hello, I’m Maciek.

Welcome to my personal website. Since July 2025, I’ve been working hard on improving my health and lifestyle — and I’ve lost 30kg. A big part of that journey has been following a mostly Keto diet, staying consistent, and learning what works best for me.

This page shares a little bit about me, a simple explanation of the Keto diet, and a Manchester United section with recent results, current league position, and upcoming matches.

My Diet & Keto

My health journey and what Keto is

My Story

Since July 2025, I’ve lost 30kg by making consistent changes to my eating habits and daily routine. I’ve used a mostly Keto approach, focusing on cutting down sugars and starchy carbs while choosing foods that keep me full and help me stay on track.

What is the Keto diet?

The Keto diet is a very low-carbohydrate, high-fat way of eating. The goal is to reduce carbs enough that the body starts using fat as its main energy source, which is often called ketosis.

Low carb Higher fat Moderate protein Focus on satiety
1

What people often eat

Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, Greek yogurt, avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, butter, and low-carb vegetables like broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, courgette, and salad leaves.

2

What is usually limited

Bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sweets, sugary drinks, most cakes, and many processed snacks.

3

Why some people like it

Many people find that reducing carbs helps control appetite, reduces snacking, and makes it easier to maintain a calorie deficit for weight loss.

Is Keto safe?

Keto can work for some people, especially in the short term, but it is not automatically the best choice for everyone. It can be hard to maintain, and some people may experience side effects or miss out on important nutrients if the diet is not planned carefully.

Things to watch out for

Some common concerns include constipation, dehydration, low fibre intake, vitamin and mineral gaps, and in some people a rise in cholesterol. Anyone with diabetes, kidney problems, liver problems, or anyone taking medication should speak to a doctor or dietitian before starting a strict Keto plan.

My view

Keto has helped me a lot, but the biggest reason for success has been consistency. The best diet is the one that helps you stay healthy, feel better, and keep good habits for the long run.
